  While coming upon the establishment that is Pollo Tropical, I noticed that the outside (including parking lot and outside tables). As I went in, the restaurant itself is very well taken care of and seems that management does pay careful attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I did order inside for take-out and was taken care of just fine. Though my recent visit was pleasant, when I got home to eat my meal, I had some items missing, I immediately called the store and explained the situation to which I was greeted by a warm voice kindly explaining that they were sorry for the inconvenience and to just head back and that they would provide me with the missing items. Overall it was a pleasant experience and have definitely earned my business for their customer service, ethics, and integrity.

  Pollo tropical has always been fantastic! Great chicken, great ribs! Maduros are always delicious! Great variety of condiments! Always clean, friendly staff! Great value and delicious
