  One of the guys working in the firearms department did everything in his power to keep my husband from purchasing a scope for his gun. The man told us that the one we wanted wasn't in stock so the only one available is the scratched floor model scope. He also said that he did not have the box or lens covers that come with that specific scope. He told us that they probably wont be getting another in for a few months. He was very short with us and very rude. We came back the next day and asked a different employee working in that department, and we were able to get the scope we wanted with all of the accessories that came with it. Customer service is NOT one of their best features.

  I was blown out of my mind! What didn't this ate store have? It was an amazing experience!!! Customer service was excellent!
